Pizza Vinoteca is a modern take on an Italian classic featuring freshly grilled pizza and food-friendly wines.
Our menu is grounded in simple grilled pizzas made with a whole-wheat, red wine leavened dough and features unique combinations like the house-made spicy sausage with rapini, caramelized onions, and fennel; kale, handmade nduja meatballs, and tomato; and ricotta, fontina, and cow’s milk bleu cheese. You can also choose from a selection of farm fresh composed salads, shared plates, parfaits layered with ricotta, and fresh bomboloni. All of our menu ingredients are responsibly sourced from an array of American producers including: Iowa’s La Quercia Prosciutto, Jersey Fresh Tomatoes, Wisconsin’s Sartori Fontina & SarVecchio cheeses, Virginia’s Edwards Surryano and Jowlciale, and Brooklyn’s Lioni Latticini Mozzarella.
